Rural and quiet, but not deserted, this renovated holiday home, situated geograficly in the  middle of Granada, Sevilla und Cordoba.

 

	Originally these houses were used by the land workers,  now have been lovingly restored to the former glory.
On the patio you have the chance of sun or shade.
	The 50 000 qm area of this  finca is laden with the trees that wine corks are made from.
The kitchen which is integrated in the lounge/ diner offers everything that you need.
The large swimming pool will offer the refreshing coolness that the sun does not.

The Finca Villanueva lies  25 Km east of Antequera, ca. 54 Km north from Malaga and ca. 60 Km west from Granada. Close to the Sierra de Loja also in winter offers mild climate. The average winters day is approx. 20 degrees, going down to 0 degrees at night. This is where the central heating comes in handy.
